This is made possible with the dual-zone tread design that splits the tread up into two sections: one dry weather zone and one wet and winter weather zone. These zones increase the tire’s traction in their intended conditions. The tread grooves increase the hydroplaning resistance by eliminating water from below the tire footprint. The water dispersal and the TredLock technology with the microgrooves increase the wet weather traction and road grip of the model, making year round driving even safer.The asymmetrical tread pattern improves the cornering ability and the steering responsiveness.
